This is the last video of the three part miniseries on Viewport Orientation tools in SolidWorks 2013.
I have to confess that the techniques I am presenting today are not new, but I had to include them since they are extremely powerful, allowing for fast and precise orientation of the viewport.
It is very possible that you have been aware of all the possible ways for accessing a tool like Normal To, but my suggestion is to watch this video all the way to the end, because you might have a surprise or two.
Note: I did not touched on Viewport Manipulation using the Triad.
Update: Make sure you also read the article “How do I manipulate my model view; let me count the ways” written by Jim Wilkinson from SolidWorks.
