Holder Libraries
ElectrodeWorks facilitates the electrode creation process by offering you quick access to the paramteric holder libraries (both standard and user created), and easy screen placement of the electrode. ElectrodeWorks offers holders from both the Erowa and 3R libraries.
Fine tuning of the coordinate positioning of the electrode in relation to the machine coordinates is offered through a special dialog, and the actual burn area can be adjusted according to the parameters of the holder (even if it is user created!)
Define EDM data
A second menu enables you to define the relevant EDM technology data, including material, surface finish parameters, and the rough and finish cycles and output this information.
New patches with automatic drafting capabilities and spark gap calculation are in development.
