Step 3: Return On Investment (ROI)
Work with our Data Management team to categorize the benefits and costs of data management to you. Collect data for calculations to confirm the projected benefits.
Step 4: Scope of Deployment
Meet with your Account Manager and PDM Applications Engineer to ensure we deliver the exact services and software you need to achieve your goals.
Step 5: Installation
We'll ensure that your systems are up to date and properly deployed. We'll show you how to maintain them and update them.
Step 6: Administration Training
Our experts will show you all the options, and show you how the system is used and configured prior to making decisions about what is best for you.
Step 7: Requirements Gathering
Work with our team to make the software meet the needs of all your users and departments.
Step 8: Configuration and Setup
We'll do the work and show you how to configure and change every option. We'll deliver a customized system that is fully maintainable by your team.
Step 9: User Training
Your users can be trained online, onsite or offsite, in custom or standard training sessions.
Step 10: Follow Up Visit
We'll return to help with questions and with give you advice on any changes you may wish to make to your system
