Connection Days for Subscription Service Customers

Connection Day Visits for Subscription Service customers is an on-site consultation with a Javelin SolidWorks Applications Engineer. During the visit you will have an opportunity to:

• Tell us about your business in person so we can determine how to help you from a technical perspective
• We’d love to get a plant/facility tour and learn more about what you do.
• Introduce key employees so we can understand their roles in your company.
• Show us how you are using SolidWorks and we can provide you with productivity improvement suggestions.
• Show us any technical struggles or problems you may be experiencing.
• Introduce your SolidWorks users and we will answer their questions in person.

 

Connection Days happen on a one day per month basis. They alternate from area to area, i.e. one month we may focus on the Ottawa area, and the next London, Halifax, etc.  We visit a maximum of four customers per day.  Fill out the form below to request a Connection Day visit, and you will be added to the waiting list.  The next time a Connection Day is scheduled in your area we will contact you to make an appointment.
