Javelin FTP
Customer resource for transfer of large files
When reporting a problem to Javelin if you would like us to review file[s] which are too large to send in an email (5mb or above) then you can upload the file[s] to our FTP site.
When you have uploaded the file[s] please contact us by phone 1-877-219 6757 ext 2., or E-mail at support@javelin-tech.com
To access our FTP site:
- Please copy the following URL: ftp://ftpuser:SupporT@ftp.javelin-tech.com to your windows clipboard (highlight the URL and pick Ctrl-C)

Paste the URL into your My Computer address bar (pick Ctrl-V) as shown in the figure below

Select the Enter key or pick the Go button, and you will now have access to our FTP site where you can drag and drop files to upload them to our server

Note this is not a secure FTP site and the files will be removed automatically at the end of the week
