Platform Configuration

  • Configure the customizable ULTRA 9 platform with up to three laser sources consisting of two interchangeable CO2 lasers and one fiber laser.
  • When the platform is configured with three lasers, take advantage of MultiWave Hybrid technology enabling up to three wavelengths – 9.3 μm, 10.6 μm, and 1.06 μm –  simultaneously combined into a single coaxial beam.
  • Each spectral component of the beam is independently controlled and can be modulated in real time.

Why you should choose a Universal Laser System

Three advantages of the ULTRA 9 Platform

1. Print Anything

Virtually any design can be printed from your design software to the laser system software. Including Adobe® Illustrator®, Adobe® Photoshop®, AutoCAD®, SOLIDWORKS®, DraftSight® and many others. Additionally, .DXF and .PDF file formats can be imported into the Universal Control Panel (UPC).

2. One Step Process

Cut, engrave and mark in one step. Additionally, you can engrave or mark a high-resolution image on material. The laser systems can perform many different types of operations in a single step by seamlessly changing power, speed and other parameters with one click.

3. Just about any material

An endless number of materials are compatible with a Universal laser system, including plastics, metals, silicone rubbers, fabrics, composites, laminating adhesives and other advanced materials to name a few.
