Javelin provides a SOLIDWORKS PDM implementation service that will ensure you receive maximum benefit from your software investment as quickly as possible. Certified PDM Implementation experts will advise you on best practices and make you self sufficient by teaching rather than simply doing.
We have refined the implementation process over 20 years after helping hundreds of customers with data and document management issues. Every implementation is different, so here is a summary of the typical implementation steps:
Step 1: Education
Attend a SOLIDWORKS PDM Event in a city near you, or live online, to become familiar with PDM software and how it can apply to your business. Or watch a PDM on-demand webinar to learn how professional product data management benefits businesses just like yours.
Step 2: Needs Assessment
Provide your essential requirements through our PDM assessment survey; and then meet with your assigned Javelin Account Manager and a PDM Applications Engineer to uncover your key objectives. We will help you to determine which version of PDM will fit your business:
- SOLIDWORKS PDM Standard
- SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional
- SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional with SOLIDWORKS Manage
- Aras Innovator
Step 3: Return On Investment (ROI)
