With SOLIDWORKS Rx active, under the Benchmark tab you’ll find some instructions for conducting the test:

Before Running a Benchmark:

  • SOLIDWORKS and PhotoView 360 (if installed) will be tested
  • Reboot your computer prior to starting the test
  • The test can take up to 30 minutes, depending on computer configuration. Do not use your computer for other applications during the test.

When you are ready select the Start Benchmark button

Not only you can test your machine, but the competitive side of you will be satisfied knowing that your results can be compared to rest of the world and your scores can be shared on a new site called (how else) Share your Score.

One more advice before rushing to complete the tests. Read Greg Jankowski’s in-depth analysis of the whole battery of tests, including benefits, expectations and limitations.

Good luck!
