Comment télécharger manuellement les logiciels et les Service Packs de SOLIDWORKS ?

The installation file set for SOLIDWORKS is quite large and can take some time to download. In many cases, all that is required, is the installation files for server products, such as SOLIDWORKS PDM and the SOLIDWORKS SolidNetWork License Manager. In addition, those that want to use the SOLIDWORKS API, can download the SOLIDWORKS API SDK.

These manual downloads do not included the prerequisites, that some SOLIDWORKS components require, but the ‘Required Prerequisites’  can be downloaded from here as well. For most of the Server Products, such as SOLIDWORKS PDM and the SOLIDWORKS SolidNetWork License Manager, these prerequisites are not required.

Accessing the Manual Downloads is similar to accessing a full SOLIDWORKS installation.  Log in at https://www.solidworks.com/sw/support/downloads.htm with a SOLIDWORKS ID or 3DEXPERIENCE ID that is associated to an account with active subscriptions service.  To properly associate an account, review our article Transitioning to DSx Client Care & Order System

Select the service pack you wish to update to:

Accept the license agreement, at the VERY bottom of the Download & Install Page.  Selecting ‘Download’ will obtain a copy of just the SOLIDWORKS Installation Manager.  Selecting ‘manual download method’ will provide options to download individual components.

Select the service pack you are upgrading from, the Language and the SolidWorks Product you are updating.

Select the product you want to download from Step 5 – Optional Updates header:

Step 2 lists all of the Required Prerequisite Downloads.

These prerequisites are also available from, the prereqs folder of the SOLIDWORKS installation file-set.
