TriMech Group is proud to partner up with IronSWUG, a SOLIDWORKS User Group expedition, on their 2025 journey throughout Nevada and California. TriMech has been fortunate to work with Altec designers and engineers, Brad Meador and Adam Ebernickel for years, and we are excited to extend the partnership to IronSWUG for 2025. This year’s IronSWUG is set to be the best one yet, and we are happy to help grow these events bigger than ever before. Keep an eye on our pages and follow along this journey from start to finish.

What is IronSWUG?

IronSWUG is a SOLIDWORKS User Group expedition led by Brad “Tank” Meador and Adam Ebernickel, where they visit five SWUG events in five days. Brad and Adam cover the entire trip on motorcycles, riding each day from city to city, making this a truly unique event. IronSWUG is inspired by the “Iron Butt Association,” that focuses on long-distance motorcycle riding.

Each year, the IronSWUG tour picks a different set of user groups in different parts of the country to visit. So far, they have covered 20 states and counting! Additionally, these events are typically live-streamed, so you can tune in from anywhere. In years past, Brad and Adam have also given different presentations each night, providing a unique experience for attendees each day, even if you follow along for the entire journey. This is definitely not something you want to miss out on!
