How to Activate a SolidCAM Product Key Online or Offline

SolidCAM Activation Wizard

To activate a SolidCAM Product Key Online

1. Open the activation program from Start->All Programs->SolidCAM->Software license
2. Insert your product key in the “Product key” field.
3. Insert your email in the “Email address” field.
4. Press “Activate”.

To activate a SolidCAM product key Offline

1. Open the license wizard from Start->All Programs->SolidCAM->Software license
2. Open “Offline Activation” tab.
3. Press “Create C2V” and select where you want to save the file.
4. Send the “.C2V” file to [email protected]
5. We will send the C2V to SolidCAM for them to process and in return, we will send you a “.V2C” file.

To install the “.V2C” file on the local PC, please follow these steps:

          *If you have a network license, please see the instructions at the bottom of the page.

• Open the license wizard from Start > All Programs > SolidCAM > Software license
• Open “Offline Activation” tab.
• Press “Activate V2C” and select the .v2c file.

*To update your SolidCAM network activation with a V2c file, go through the following steps:

• Open the license manager from http://localhost:1947/_int_/checkin.html (no internet connection required)
• Click “Browse” or “Choose File” and select the V2C file.
• Click on “Apply File”.
