Resolving line quality issues when exporting SOLIDWORKS Drawing to PDF

Are you experiencing linetype quality issues when creating a SOLIDWORKS Drawing PDF?

This may be caused by a simple option when saving as a PDF from a SOLIDWORKS Drawing.

When saving a drawing as a PDF from the File > Save As menu. Click on the Options button in the dialog.

Make sure the High Quality Lines and High Quality Shaded Edges options are turned on and then try re-exporting again.

This should result in a PDF document with much sharper lines in the views as shown in the example below:
