SOLIDWORKS Composer lets you re-purpose your 3D models for creating rich content to express processes and procedures in technical communications, such as manufacturing assembly instructions, product manuals, installation instructions, service manuals, training guides, marketing brochures, and sales bidding kits.

With the SOLIDWORKS Composer 2019 release, we can re-purpose even more of our work! We can now import Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) directly from the SOLIDWORKS CAD model into SOLIDWORKS Composer:

The DimXpert dimensions, annotations and 3D views carry right over, which means manufacturing intent is preserved directly in the source SOLIDWORKS CAD model.
