SOLIDWORKS Composer 2021 – Highlighting of Invisible Actors

A new enhancement in SOLIDWORKS Composer 2021, and the latest Composer Player, is the ability to automatically highlight invisible actors contained within the selected assembly.

This can be very useful for keeping track of what is and what is not included in the assembly.  The option is turned on by default in File > Preferences:

When an assembly containing hidden actors is selected, those hidden actors will now be highlighted.  The assembly below contains 20 actors, but 11 of them are hidden, leaving only 9 visible:

When we select the top-level assembly, those hidden actors are highlighted as well:
