You can highlight aspects of your image by creating an .svg with Technical Illustrator in 3DVIA Composer.

If I want to bring attention to the nose of this part I can use Line Thickness and Line Colour to do this.

First you select the nose, and then in the Properties tab change the outline options.

For this example, I will change the width of the line to 5 and change the colour to red.

When you go to export your file in Technical Illustrator as an .svg you need to un-check same colour for all actors. If not, it will ignore the colour change you made in the Properties.
