Order Item Balloons Sequentially

Do worries about non-sequential drawing balloons keep you up at night?  No?   Well you still might like a new enhancement that was introduced in SolidWorks 2012 that allows you order the item numbers in drawing balloons sequentially.

Renumbering the item balloons so that they use sequential order must be done while inserting the balloons using the Auto Balloon command.  The option “Order sequentially” will, by default, start with  the item number 1 in the top left balloon and continue the numbers in order clockwise.  The Bill of Materials item order will be changed to reflect the balloon order.

Clicking the button “Select First Item” will allow you to start the numbering at a different location than the default top left corner.
