SOLIDWORKS 2017 introduced the Advanced Hole feature which is a powerful tool for creating complex multi-stepped holes. Now in SOLIDWORKS 2018 you can quickly and easily detail an Advanced Hole using the Hole Callout feature.

Furthermore, as you place the callout, new “Reverse callout order” and “Switch near and far side messages” options in the property manager give you control over how the information is displayed. Now you can apply all the information necessary to multi stepped holes in an instant. View the options below
