How to Isolate Interference in SOLIDWORKS 2020

Article by Mersedeh Zandvakili created/updated November 7, 2019

New in SOLIDWORKS 2020, you can isolate components (including part and sub-assemblies for your assemblies) or bodies (for your multi-body parts) from the Interference Detection tool. You can tag interference, bodies, or components for isolation after you exit the Property Manager.

To do this, open an assembly or a multibody part and click Interference Detection from Evaluate tab in your command manager.

Activating the Interference Detection Tool
