New in SOLIDWORKS 2020, you can isolate components (including part and sub-assemblies for your assemblies) or bodies (for your multi-body parts) from the Interference Detection tool. You can tag interference, bodies, or components for isolation after you exit the Property Manager.
To do this, open an assembly or a multibody part and click Interference Detection from Evaluate tab in your command manager.
In the Property Manager, click Calculate to see any existing interference.
Under Results, right-click an interference and click Isolate when done. An isolated interference will have an eye symbol next to their icon.
When you select Component View for assemblies or Body View for multibody parts, you can click Isolate when done for the parent component, the child component, or the interference.
Based on this selection, when you click OK in the Interference Detection tool, you will be isolating a component or an interference.
