After manually updating an earlier version of Toolbox, as described in my blog article, Manually Updating SOLIDWORKS Toolbox Files, the swbrowser.mdb used by earlier versions, must be updated to the swbrowser.sldedb used by SOLIDWORKS 2015.

In the Data Utilities folder, located in the SolidWorks installation directory (e.g. C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks\Toolbox\data utilities), double-click the DatabaseConverter.exe file.
