Alin’s SW2013 Pick of the Day: Subfolders – Powerful Time Savers

Looks like this year, the Development Team at SolidWorks dedicated a lot of attention to the Feature Manager, since it received a lot of new enhancements.

We have already discussed the Flat Tree View and the Favorites Folder as time savers for fast changing the design intent or for troubleshooting a model.

Another important enhancement is the ability of adding subfolders in the Feature Tree. While this might not sound very impressive, this video will show you how powerful this functionality can be if used properly.
