SOLIDWORKS PDM PTC Creo Parametric Integration Changes Coming in May 2025

If your team relies on the SOLIDWORKS PDM PTC Creo Parametric Integration, an important change is on the horizon. Dassault Systèmes has announced that support for the Creo Parametric Connector will be discontinued starting May 2025.

What’s Changing?

  • The Creo Parametric Connector will no longer be available after May 2025. No new versions will be released.
  • Support for the connector will officially end on December 31, 2027.

What Does This Mean for Current Users?

  • If you’re already using the Creo Parametric Connector, it will continue to function with the SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional version it was designed for.
  • Users who purchase or update to the Creo Parametric Connector before May 2025 can continue using it.
  • The last supported version will be 2025 SP2, scheduled for release in April 2025.

What About the Future?

  • After May 2025, no further updates will be available for the Creo Parametric Connector.
  • Support will no longer be offered after December 31, 2027.
