Advance your Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) capabilities with this in-depth course focused on SysML model simulation using Cameo Simulation Toolkit / Magic Model Analyst.

Participants will learn to execute and analyze system models dynamically to evaluate behavior, verify requirements, and conduct trade studies, all within the modeling environment.

This training course provides:

  • SysML Simulation Fundamentals – Simulate system behaviors, analyze diagram accuracy, validate requirements, perform trade studies, and store results.
  • Behavioral Diagram Execution – Run and analyze Activity, State Machine, and Sequence Diagram simulations, including decision logic, timing, and event-driven triggers.
  • Opaque Actions – Extend model functionality with domain-specific calculations and logic
  • Parametric Analysis & Trade Studies – Perform quantitative assessments of system properties using constraint blocks and rollup patterns.
  • Simulation Configuration & Automation – Develop reusable simulation configurations, define execution contexts, and manage output for iterative validation.

This training moves beyond static modeling — equipping engineers to simulate, evaluate, and refine complex system designs through model execution and analysis.

No Magic Cameo or DS Catia Magic with SysML plugin and Simulation Toolkit or Magic Model Analyst

NOTE: If you do not currently possess these licenses, we can provide short term training licenses (not intended for any production data).

Target Audience

Designed for systems engineering practitioners who already have experience with SysML, building system models, and navigating the Cameo interface
