Stratasys F770

Accessible Large-Format FDM 3D Printing

Take a look at the Stratasys F770

Print big for a not-so-big price

Industrial scale printing. Simplified.

Print big without the high capital investment of exclusive, large-format printers. The Stratasys F770™ 3D printer makes printing large, complex parts affordable, reliable and easy.

The F770 embodies the same industrial-grade components and design philosophy that make FDM Technology a class leader for reliability and consistent performance. It is proven technology that simply works.

F770 Large Scale 3D Printer

Print large or print many

The F770 is designed with size in mind. Print one or several large parts or take advantage of the printer’s generous capacity to make multiple parts for maximum productivity.

With the longest fully heated build chamber on the market, you can print a part that is 46 inches long on the diagonal. The spacious 13 cubic-foot build envelope opens up new opportunities for manufacturing, prototyping and production-part part applications that aren’t available with smaller printers.

There’s no need to sacrifice on part complexity either. The F770 uses soluble support material, which lets you design and print your parts free from design-for-manufacturability constraints or the limitations of printers with inferior support capability. The hands-free support removal process also minimizes post-processing, increasing your productivity.

Stratasys F770 Key Features

A printer anyone can operate

Stratasys F770 3D printer

Easy Operation

3D printing with the F770 is straightforward and requires no specialized training. It’s designed with plug-and-print simplicity so virtually anyone can print large, complex parts quickly and easily.

Simple CAD-to-print Workflow

The user-friendly GrabCAD Print™ software makes the CAD-to-print workflow simple, so all you have to do is import your CAD model and press the print button. It also features advanced capabilities and build options that help ensure successful results when printing large parts and tools. For those who want more in-depth print adjustment capability, Insight™ software is also included, to provide the greatest control over print results.

Lights-out, 24/7 Operation

3D printing with the F770 is also a lights-out, 24/7 operation. There’s no need to constantly monitor the printer while it’s operating. Quick-change material canisters are equipped with 200 cubic inches of filament, enabling up to 140 hours of unattended printing.

Thermal Management

Get accurate print results along with the repeatability and reliability that FDM Technology™ is known for. Stratasys FDM build chamber design is time-tested, ensuring precise thermal management across the build platen. This gives you consistent, successful print results, whether parts are big or small.

Reliable FDM Materials

The F770 gives you access to widely used engineering-grade thermoplastic materials and Stratasys FDM reliability. It comes equipped with MTConnect, ready to plug into your smart factory floor.

Material Density Options

You can easily control the material density options. Print with full density when you need the strength or use a sparser fill to save material and print time, a valuable option for very large parts. Variable slice height capability also lets you optimize your part’s appearance while minimizing print time.

Stratasys F770 Benefits

Lets you build, accurate, repeatable parts faster than ever before

GrabCAD Print Preparation

Smarter Software

Streamline your workflow with GrabCAD Print™ software. GrabCAD Print lets you print directly from your favorite professional CAD formats, avoiding time usually spent converting and fixing STL files. Use smart default settings, tooltips and notifications to guide you through a seamless printing process. Work with detailed views of your model, tray, and slice preview so you can make necessary adjustments before going to print.

F770 3D Printing

System reliability

The Stratasys F770 development testing included over 33,000 hours of test printing, including 14,300 hours of life testing in the XYZ print planes equating to over seven million meters (over 300 million inches) of travel, validating system durability and reliability.

Over 1700 hours of controller software verification testing was also accomplished.

large scale 3d printing

Unparalleled Consistency

Large, accurate all-in-one parts. No more joining and assembly for large parts. Consistent builds means that your parts print the same, every time. The printed parts are strong, featuring fully dense material with easy options to control infill and contours.

The CAD-to-print fidelity means that what you design in CAD comes out as a printed part from broad surfaces to exacting details.
